printed t-shirts at really low prices

What T-Shirts do we print and sell?
(and why!)

We have available to us a variety of Manufacturers garments.  Companies such as Anvil, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Hanes, JERZEES and others.  Selecting a shirt can be a confusing process if you've never bought shirts before and don't know where at all to begin!

When you're shopping around for shirts, most people don't know a cheap t-shirt from a good heavy cotton T-Shirt.  Its impossible to know unless you've bought them both in the past or have felt the differences in the shirts.

AC Apparel wants its customers to know that we prefer using 6.0 or 6.1oz T-shirts. Our three most popular styles of T's are:

  • Fruit of the Loom 6.1oz Lofteez
Preshrunk 100% cotton, shoulder to shoulder taping, leeve
and bottom hem, Coverstitched armholes, seamless collar,
Available in over a dozen colors

  • Gildan 6.1oz Ultra Cotton
Double-needle stitched neckline, sleeve and bottom hem,
Preshrunk 100% cotton, seamless collar, shoulder to shoulder
taping.  Over 3 dozen colors available, up to an Adult 5XL

  • Hanes Beefy-T
        6.1oz heavyweight, Preshrunk 100% ring-spun cotton
Double-needle stitched neckline, sleeve and bottom hem,
        Shoulder to shoulder taping.
Available in over 3 dozen colors, up to size Adult 5XL

In our opinion, anything under a 6.0oz T-shirt doesn't have that nice, heavy sturdy t-shirt feel.  If you're shopping the web for shirts - learn to ask!   Don't be fooled by marketing terms such as 'heavyweight', or 'heavy cotton'.   You can buy a 5.6oz 'heavy cotton' t-shirt, but put it side to side with something in the 6.0 or better range, and you'll quickly see and feel the difference.
Keep in mind though, that some of our customers buy quantities of shirts only to hand them out at trade shows, or parades and such.  They buy shirts as cheaply as possible, as they're only using them as big business cards.  So the quality of the shirt in some cases isn't as important as their investment overall.  Each and every customer chooses what they want, but we still offer our opinion for free...
